As Business Development Manager you will lead business growth across the following regions: Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire, Yorkshire, Lancashire, Westmorland and Cumberland, identifying and securing new client opportunities within the luxury interiors sector. Partnering closely with our design teams, this role combines commercial drive with a strong appreciation for high‑end design, ensuring our products are positioned effectively and delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for meeting quarterly targets and having a clear and growing pipeline for residential and hospitality projects.
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities within the luxury residential interiors market.
- Develop strategic relationships with designers, specifiers, procurement teams, and other decision‑makers.
- Present Chase Erwin and thesign collections to new and existing clients, providing expert advice to ensure best‑fit solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals in line with client requirements.
- Effectively manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle from prospecting to securing orders, negotiating terms, and ensuring seamless handover to project and customer service colleagues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs, providing regular feedback to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Use CRM software to maintain client records, update sales pipelines, and provide accurate forecasting.
- Support the delivery of team sales targets and KPIs, always ensuring brand values and customer satisfaction remain at the forefront.
