As Business Development Manager, you will drive client acquisition and revenue growth from your London base. You will work with luxury interior products and collaborate closely with our design teams. - Accountable for meeting quarterly targets and having a clear and growing pipeline for residential and hospitality projects.
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities within the luxury residential interiors market.
- Develop strategic relationships with designers, specifiers, procurement teams, and other decision-makers.
- Present Chase Erwin and thesign collections to new and existing clients, providing expert advice to ensure best-fit solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tender documents in line with client requirements.
- Effectively manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to securing orders, negotiating terms, and ensuring seamless handover to project and customer service colleagues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs, providing regular feedback to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Use CRM software to maintain client records, update sales pipelines, and provide accurate forecasting.
- Support delivery of team sales targets and KPIs, always ensuring brand values and customer satisfaction remain at the forefront.
