Are you ready for a hands-on role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Panaz Group, a global leader in luxury fabric innovation, is looking for a multi-skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team. This vital role blends precision sampling, expert fabric cutting, and FLT operations to help deliver excellence to our customers.

This can be a very physical and varied role – you\’ll need to be capable of repeatedly lifting heavy (20kg +) and cumbersome rolls of fabric.

    Mon–Thu: 08:00–17:00 | Fri: 08:00–14:00

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately measure, cut, and prepare fabric rolls to meet daily orders.
  • Label and prepare luxury fabric samples for customer dispatch.
  • Operate FLT (counterbalance and/or reach truck) for stock movement.
  • Assist with order picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
  • Collaborate across warehousing, print, and samples teams.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

🧠 Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in warehouse, textiles, distribution, or stock control.
  • Fabric cutting or textile handling experience (training provided).
  • Valid (or refresher due) FLT licence (reach and/or counterbalance).
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the role.
