Chase Erwin is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Showroom Sales Consultant, based at our Chelsea Harbour Design Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of our iconic luxury textile brand, delivering outstanding service to our clients and providing expert advice on our collection of exquisite fabrics. Key Responsibilities β Showroom Sales and Luxury Textiles Expertise
- Warmly welcome and engage clients, providing a consultative and individualized service in our luxury textiles showroom.
- Showcase the Chase Erwin and thesign collections with in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm, expertly guiding clients through fabric choices and applications for interiors.
- Maintain a pristine and inspiring showroom environment, managing samples, displays, and stock.
- Manage the showroom calendar for appointments and events, researching and coordinating events in accordance with budget and ROI.
- Collaborate with the wider team on promotional events, launches, and marketing activities to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness.
- Provide accurate product information, quotes, and after-sales support, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Achieve and exceed personal and showroom sales targets, identifying new business opportunities and following up on leads.
- Network with other showrooms to generate ideas and collaboration opportunities.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest luxury interior design trends, competitor activity, and Chase Erwinβs evolving ranges.
- Provide a weekly report on activity, customer feedback opportunities and risks.
- Support the Sales Managers with follow-up activities as required.
- Participate as a member of the wider sales and design teams with ad hoc queries.
- Occasionally support the sales processing team from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage.
Essential Skills and Experience for Luxury Showroom Sales
- Previous experience in luxury sales, interior design, textiles, or a related client-facing role is essential.
- Strong interest and understanding of luxury interiors, home furnishings, and high-end design brands.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and confident manner.
