We seek an experienced coordinator to join our customer excellence team. In this role, you will liaise between our customers and installation teams to arrange the manufacture and installation of curtains, cushions, and other soft furnishings. This role demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a dedication to customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Incoming & outgoing communications - email and phone.
- Gathering specification information.
- Order placement and schedule management.
- Arranging stock transfers.
- Arranging site installations.
- Ensuring the project tracker is updated.
- Invoicing and query resolution.
Skills and Qualities
- Attention to detail - you'll need to ensure you have all the relevant information from your customer or sales buddy to manage the order process effectively. As such, you should have a reasonable working knowledge of maths (for taking measurements).
