As a Customer & Sales Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, supporting them across email, phone, and digital platforms.

Your Role

  • Be the friendly, professional voice for customers across multiple channels.
  • Provide expert advice on our product range to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Accurately process sales and sample orders, working closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (warehousing, supply chain, sales) to track and manage orders.
  • Share insights and support sales growth through excellent service and product knowledge.
