We are looking for an Equipment Returns Technician to join our Lighting Operations team at our Panalux Warehouse in Hayes, London! This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) requiring flexibility for a weekly shift rotation of early (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) and late (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM) shifts, with approximately one weekend shift per month.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely and efficiently unload and load vehicles with minimal supervision, ensuring swift turnaround times.
- Proactively liaise with shift leaders and Heads of Departments to address any equipment-related issues.
- Provide exceptional support to crews by understanding and addressing their equipment needs.
- Conduct thorough quality checks and perform basic first-line maintenance on equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, strictly follow safety protocols, and contribute to efficient equipment dispatch and inventory management.
- Assist with stock control activities, including collections and deliveries as required.
- Accurately fulfil equipment requests while strictly adhering to our quality standards.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
