The Role
Following the successful launch of our new Panastore website, we have opened a position for a dynamic and organised Panastore Assistant to join our Greenford store on a 3-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC). This is a fast-paced, full-time role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring our store runs smoothly during this exciting period of change. Our Panastore hours are Monday to Friday, with your weekends and evenings being OFF!
Your responsibilities
- Manage multiple customer accounts, handling features, promotions, online orders, walk-in traffic, and phone inquiries.
- Generate quotes, negotiate pricing, process orders, manage stock pulls and deliveries, and ensure backorders are handled promptly.
- Complete invoices, ensure accurate payments are received, and manage purchase orders for the accounting team.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, place orders with suppliers, verify deliveries, and manage inventory records.
- Keep our shop floor presentable, organized, and well-stocked.
- As you gain experience, you’ll assist our Panastore Manager with training new staff and take on additional projects.
