The Role: Following the successful launch of our new Panastore website, we have opened a position for a dynamic and organised Panastore Assistant to join our Greenford store on a 3-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC). This is a fast-paced, full-time role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring our store runs smoothly during this exciting period of change. Our Panastore hours are Monday to Friday, with your weekends and evenings being OFF!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage multiple customer accounts, handling features, promotions, online orders, walk-in traffic, and phone inquiries.
  • Generate quotes, negotiate pricing, process orders, manage stock pulls and deliveries, and ensure backorders are handled promptly.
  • Complete invoices, ensure accurate payments are received, and manage purchase orders for the accounting team.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels, place orders with suppliers, verify deliveries, and manage inventory records.
  • Keep our shop floor presentable, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Assist our Panastore Manager with training new staff and take on additional projects as you gain experience.
