The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Ready to Rent Technician to join our inventory department in Greenford, London. You will ensure our camera equipment and accessories are well-maintained and available for clients.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and maintain equipment to be rental-ready, meeting deadlines.
- Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and update software.
- Escalate complex repairs as needed.
- Update inventory management system with repair info.
- Coordinate with maintenance for repairs and costs.
- Build kits, replace missing items, and order parts with approval.
- Label and organize equipment, maintain a clean inventory room.
- Address cosmetic issues and support regional requests.
- Use CMS to prioritize tasks and manage schedules.
- Report equipment challenges and participate in inventory counts.
Operational Support & Safety:
- Maintain safety and organization in the inventory room.
