The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and commercially-minded Branch Manager to lead our Manchester operations. You will be responsible for driving profitability and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and motivate a skilled team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the rentals team to identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Oversee equipment inventory, ensure stringent testing and inspection routines, and manage repair priorities to minimize revenue loss.
