The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and commercially‑minded Branch Manager to lead our Manchester operations. You will be responsible for driving profitability and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency. As Branch Manager, you will be the driving force behind the region's success, focusing on business development, team leadership, and rigorous operational management. You will work closely with the General Manager and Managing Director to meet regional targets and maintain our reputation for excellence in the digital rentals market.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a skilled team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the rentals team to identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and maintain long‑lasting client relationships.
  • Oversee equipment inventory, ensure stringent testing and inspection routines, and manage repair priorities to minimize revenue loss.
  • Ensure the branch and transport fleet comply with all legal, statutory, and H&S requirements.
  • Assist in setting realistic regional budgets and achieving stated profit targets.
  • In coordination with HR, handle recruitment, training, and performance management.
