The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Technician to join our Video & Electronics team in Greenford, London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive environment, working on exciting and unique projects in the dynamic world of pre‑production and entertainment. In this hands‑on role, you will be responsible for the service, repair, refurbishment, and maintenance of all camera‑related electronics for our prestigious clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Diagnose, service, repair and maintain a variety of camera‑related electronics, including cameras, lenses, and accessories.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Provide technical support to clients, both internal and external, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through to job completion by collaborating with all internal departments.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and maintain a positive work environment.
