We’re seeking a highly skilled Electronics Technician to join our Video & Electronics team in Greenford, London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive environment, working on exciting and unique projects in the dynamic world of pre-production and entertainment. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the service, repair, refurbishment, and maintenance of all camera-related electronics for our prestigious clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Diagnose, service, repair and maintain a variety of camera-related electronics, including cameras, lenses, and accessories.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Provide technical support to clients, both internal and external, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through to job completion by collaborating with all internal departments.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and maintain a positive work environment.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting electronic equipment, particularly cameras and related accessories, preferably in the Film & TV industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in your work.
