The Role:

Are you passionate about photography and delivering exceptional service? We are looking for a dedicated Camera Technician to join our operations team in Park Royal, London! As a Camera Technician, you\'ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our clients receive top‑tier equipment and support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately process, pick, and log all camera and consumables orders, maintaining meticulous paperwork flow.
  • Welcome clients and efficiently manage all camera and consumable collections and returns; you will also handle incoming deliveries, ensuring everything gets to the right place.
  • Dive deep into the world of camera equipment by actively expanding your knowledge of our cutting‑edge gear by attending training sessions and studying manuals.
  • Work closely with your department colleagues to maximize efficiency and uphold the highest standards of service.
  • Support the Camera Supervisor and General Manager by contributing to the smooth running of the camera department, including adhering to and implementing company Health and Safety policies.
