Overview
As Program Manager, you will oversee Seat Supplier-related activities to ensure on-time delivery and KPI achievement. You will act as a customer focal point, aligning internal teams and external suppliers to meet requirements and commitments. You’ll lead cross-functional meetings, track technical data and performance, and drive process improvements. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, certification, and supplier relations, shaping how we deliver reliable inflight experiences. This is a hands-on leadership position in a mission-driven environment that values collaboration and clear communication.

Responsibilities
- Lead weekly meetings with Seat Suppliers (TSO) and BOT-RMA teams
- Monitor and report KPI targets, OTD, and tech data submittal performance
- Coordinate internal and external meetings to communicate business activity and status
- Develop and maintain program plans and work scopes; act as communications focal point
- Coordinate with Cert./Eng. departments on data requirements and certifications
- Ensure adherence to processes and provide guidance to internal managers
- Identify delays, communicate impacts, and pursue timely resolutions
- Support, train, and lead problem-solving related to program performance
Key requirements
- BS or equivalent in engineering, software/product development, or project management; aircraft industry experience preferred
- Strong presentation, analytical, and planning abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
- Ability to manage multiple programs and issues with strong time management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts with a practical approach
