Panasonic Connect Toughbook UK is seeking a Service Delivery Professional to join our Managed Service Team. This hands-on role supports service delivery behind our rugged devices, collaborating with engineers, sales and operations to meet SLAs and drive continual service improvement across UK and Europe.
You will shape, monitor and improve service performance, manage SLAs with customers and suppliers, and contribute to incident management, service reviews and contract discussions.
