WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Daily website maintenance – including scheduling training sessions, assigning leads to installers, approving user accounts
  • Creating and scheduling 2 social media posts a week
  • Organising events and exhibitions
  • Manage seasonal promotions and campaigns
  • Liaising with design agencies and external partners for events, media and promotions
  • Working directly with the Marketing Manager on a day-to-day basis
  • Proof-reading press releases, case studies and various written materials for UK and Europe
  • First point of contact for Panasonic accredited partners
  • Ordering, distributing, and managing promotional materials
  • Budget management (cost allocation, invoice management)
  • Customer service management
  • Filming and editing short clips for YouTube
  • Work alongside the technical department to organise the student recruitment process
