Manage and develop customers with focus on installers, house builders, wholesalers, and distributors, in accordance with the sales strategy to achieve the business plan. Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners. Support the process and provide information, as well as suggestions for improvement on sales forecasting, sales mix, and sales budget. Develop new customers, accounts, and projects in accordance with the business plan for the assigned sales area. Propose and realise all necessary activities to achieve the sales targets in cooperation with internal and external partners. Collaborate closely with the spec team and KA team to ensure that their specifications are sold successfully. Feedback market information (product/price/channel/projects) to management regularly and create corresponding reports if requested. Achieve KPIs and targets in the scope defined by the company CAC sales, ProPartners development, KA Development, Spec-in Sale.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proficient understanding and know-how in processes, technologies, products or other relevant fields of expertise
- Effective utilisation of recognised planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques
- Understands impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function
- Very strong communication and negotiation skills
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field
- Experience in Business Development in B2B is beneficial
