Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, install, modify, and maintain electrical/electronic systems, circuits, and equipment
- Read and interpret drawings and application legends for circuit and part identification
- Measure and cut wiring accurately
- Use hand tools throughout the workday
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Follow all safety rules and regulations
- Support Lean initiatives (5S, 4I, LDMS, ACPs, RATs, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned

- 0–2 years of experience in a related field
- May require completion of an apprenticeship or formal training in a specialized area
- Ability to read electrical drawings
- Strong understanding of wire gauges and color codes
- Experience with electrical hand tools (wire strippers, crimpers, cable cutters)
- Knowledge of electrical components such as contactors, breakers, transformers, communication boards, and controllers
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
