About the Role As a Business Development Executive , your primary focus will be identifying and nurturing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients. You’ll act as the face of Panam Valves in the region, understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions from our comprehensive product portfolio. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and manage new business opportunities Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Deliver tailored solutions from Panam’s extensive product range Travel regularly to meet with clients across the region Attend industry events and trade shows to stay informed and grow the network Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align on customer needs Monitor and report on sales performance, market activity, and competitor landscape What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of proven sales or business development experience in the industrial valve or instrumentation sector Prior experience with companies like Swagelok , Parker , or Fitok or similar is required Strong understanding of valve systems, instrumentation fittings, and fluid control solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Must hold a valid UK driving license Must be based in Scotland Join a trusted global brand known for engineering excellence Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives Work directly with a fast-growing UK team and global support Real opportunities for personal and professional growth Ready to take the next step?
