Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Fire Protection Sales Associate to join our growing team. You will be responsible for expanding our client base throughout the Marlow area and beyond, managing relationships with both new and existing customers. This is a field-based role where you will assess client needs and provide bespoke fire protection solutions that protect lives and property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through targeted sales efforts, including networking and relationship-building.
  • Present and sell a comprehensive passive fire protection services, including:
    • Fire risk assessments
    • Fire door installation and fire stopping (BM Trada certified)
    • Fire suppression systems
    • Large Scale Fire Stopping Projects
  • Prepare and deliver clear, professional proposals and quotations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to securing contracts and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with our technical, installation, and service teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry regulations and standards (e.g., NFPA, UK fire safety regulations).
  • Familiarity with fire safety regulations and standards is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UK driver's license and reliable transportation.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fire safety industry.
  • Strong understanding of BM TRADA standards, fire safety regulations, and industry guidelines.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites and work flexible hours when required.
