Panache Cruises is looking for an organised, commercially minded and proactive Partnerships Executive to join our team on a maternity cover contract (12 months).

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the luxury cruise industry, building relationships with leading cruise line partners and helping identify the best products, offers and commercial opportunities for our customers.

You’ll play an important role in ensuring we have the right cruise products to promote, maximising opportunities with our partners and supporting our sales team to drive enquiries, bookings and revenue.

Working closely with cruise line partners and internal teams, you’ll help ensure our product offering remains competitive, our commercial opportunities are maximised and our partnerships deliver value for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with cruise line partners, developing an understanding of their products, commercial priorities and opportunities.
  • Product sourcing and selection: Research and source compelling cruise itineraries, sailings, offers and promotions to ensure we have the right products to support customer demand and business objectives.
  • Commercial opportunity identification: Proactively identify opportunities to drive bookings, revenue and commission through supplier offers, new products, tactical campaigns and partner initiatives.
  • Product and competitor analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, offers and product availability to identify gaps, opportunities and ways to strengthen our commercial proposition.
  • Cruise line campaign coordination: Collate key supplier campaigns, promotions and commercial updates, communicating relevant opportunities to the sales team through regular weekly updates and a monthly roundup.
  • Sales team support: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer demand, highlight relevant products and offers, and support the conversion of enquiries into bookings.
  • Commercial performance monitoring: Review product and partnership performance, identifying trends, opportunities and areas where additional focus or action could improve results.
  • Website and product accuracy: Ensure relevant cruise products, offers, pricing and promotional information are accurate and up to date across our websites and sales channels.
  • Partnership development: Work collaboratively with cruise line partners to maximise available opportunities, support joint business objectives and strengthen the value of our relationships.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Liaise with marketing, content and sales colleagues to ensure the right products and commercial opportunities are supported effectively across the business.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is commercially aware, highly organised and confident building relationships with both external partners and internal teams.

You will ideally have:

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A commercial mindset, with an interest in identifying opportunities to increase bookings, revenue and profitability.
  • A proactive approach to sourcing products, researching competitors and identifying opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with product information, offers and pricing.
  • The ability to analyse information, recognise trends and turn findings into practical actions.
  • A positive, can‑do attitude and a solution‑focused approach to challenges.
  • The confidence to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities and use your own initiative.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams.
  • An interest in travel, holidays or the cruise industry.

Previous experience in partnerships, commercial, product or travel-related roles would be beneficial. Experience within the cruise industry would be an advantage, but a strong commercial mindset and willingness to learn are equally important.
