Panache & Co is a growing London-based bespoke jewellery business specialising in engagement rings and custom fine jewellery. We combine traditional jewellery manufacturing expertise with a modern, digital-first customer experience. Most clients discover us online and complete the majority of their purchase journey through WhatsApp, phone and digital consultations, with private London collections or appointments available when required.

We are now looking for a highly trusted, commercially minded individual to become the key point of contact for our UK customers and help run the day-to-day London operation alongside the founder.

Role Description

This is not a traditional retail jewellery position. You will take ownership of customers from initial enquiry through to collection or delivery, combining client sales, relationship management and day-to-day operational coordination. The role would suit someone who enjoys autonomy, is comfortable working independently, and wants to play an important role in a young business rather than being one person within a large corporate team. You will work directly with the founder and have significant responsibility from an early stage.

Qualifications

  • Excellent with customers and naturally persuasive without being pushy
  • Highly organised and reliable
  • Comfortable communicating extensively through WhatsApp
  • Confident speaking with clients spending several thousand pounds
  • Commercially minded and motivated by sales
  • Able to manage multiple clients and orders simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
  • Proactive — someone who notices problems and deals with them
  • Calm when dealing with deadlines or demanding customers
  • Comfortable working within a small entrepreneurial business
  • Interested in taking genuine ownership rather than simply completing assigned tasks
