We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Partner Coaching to lead and develop a team of Partner Coaches. This is a player-manager role, combining leadership responsibilities with direct client engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 Partner Coaches
- Manage team performance, including setting and monitoring KPIs
- Act as a player-manager, maintaining relationships with key clients
- Deliver training, coaching, and ongoing professional development for the team
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Development team to ensure a smooth handover of new partners (contractors)
- Promote high standards of service and continuous improvement across the function
