I am currently working with a national key client who is going through a massive period of growth within their London Office. They are a well-established, dynamic organisation who are growing to the point that they now need to add headcount to their projects team. As such, I am searching for a BMS Project Manager who wants to join a forward-thinking company that offers great career advancement opportunities.
What am I looking for?
I am looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager who can demonstrate strong commercial acumen, is technically proficient, well presented, proactive, an excellent communicator, and a good relationship builder. Someone who can deliver BMS projects between £50k and £500,000 on time and on budget. You must be from a BMS background, ideally delivering on Trend, Tridium, Distech, and Schneider Projects. I would also be open to looking at a Dynamic BMS installation Supervisor who is an experienced electrician, with good HVAC plant knowledge, has experience leading teams on large construction projects - someone who has the attitude and aptitude to train to be a BMS Project Manager. Full technical and commercial training will be provided.
Location & Territory:
This role will require you to work throughout the Greater London area. You will be based from home; however, there will be a small amount of time spent in the office as well as on site.
What the role requires:
- Complete operation and maintenance documents.
- Complete health and safety documents for projects.
- Complete quotes for new projects as well as ongoing variations.
- Manage staff to complete projects to strict deadlines and to a high standard.
- Train junior engineers and new hires to better improve the competency and efficiency of staff.
- Monitor installations and operations for projects.
- Demonstrate complete BMS Systems.
- Manage projects ranging from £50,000 to £500,000 from design to commissioning and successful completion.
- Full financial controls and responsibilities.
