I am working on an exciting role with one of my key clients whose South West business unit, formed 7 years ago, has now grown to 18. They are the fastest-growing, independent Building Management Systems (BMS) company in the UK with an excellent reputation for putting their engineers first. They have a genuine focus on doing the basics right with good customer service so that time and again customers come back.
What am I looking for:
I am looking for an aspiring BMS Engineer who has excellent technical facing skills, is commercially minded and has a strong work ethic. You will be from a BMS background with a working knowledge of Trend and Schneider EcoStruxture.
Territory:
This role will require you to work on-site including universities, schools, commercial buildings and hospitals in the South West around the Bristol area as well as travel into Bath and South Gloucestershire. You will be home-based and fully mobile.
What the role requires:
- PPM and general maintenance
- Reactive maintenance
- Graphic modification
- Software Modifications
- Small works commissioning and commissioning on larger End User upgrade projects
What you can expect back:
The feedback from the engineers that I have placed there is they do what they say in providing their employees with excellent support and some of the best training the industry can offer. They can offer immediate training, ensuring each of their engineers are trained on the latest courses from their manufacturer partners.
Basic salary £40,000- £55,000
Overtime averaging around £5,000 - £10,000 per annum
Top of the Range Company car or a car allowance of £450 pm
Company pension at 3% / 5%
Profit share between £1.5K and £2K
