I am working on an exciting role with one of my key clients whose Northern business unit has grown from 10 engineers to 20 in the space of the last five years. They have won several large contracts in the Leeds area and thus need an additional head. They are one of the fastest growing BMS companies in the UK with an excellent reputation for putting their engineers first. They have a genuine focus on doing the basics right with good customer service so that time and again customers come back.
What am I looking for: I am looking for an aspiring BMS Engineer who has excellent customer facing skills, is technically competent and has a can-do attitude. You will be from a BMS background with a working knowledge of Schneider Eco-Struxture.
Territory: This role will require you to work on multiple sites across the West Yorkshire area with some occasional travel into the North West. You will be home based and fully mobile.
What the role requires: The role of Principle BMS Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis:
- PPM and general maintenance
- Reactive maintenance
- Graphic modification
- Modifying software
- Liaising with the client and building a strong working relationship
- Small works commissioning and project management
What you can expect back: The feedback from the engineers that I have placed there is they do what they say in providing their employees with excellent support and some of the best training the industry can offer. They can offer immediate training, ensuring each of their Engineers are trained up to and including Trend Expert status. Across the business, this will be fully supported and all training will be provided.
Compensation: Basic salary £45k - £55k, Overtime averaging around £5 - £10k per annum, Top of the Range Company car or car allowance of £480pm, Company pension at 3%, Profit share between £1.5K and £2K, Mobile phone, Laptop, BUPA healthcare for the family, Personal development plan and progression into senior roles.
