Are you a Siemens Engineer who wants to get off the road? If you are, then I have an excellent role with one of the fastest growing and largest Independent BMS systems houses in the UK. After continuous growth over the last few years since the lockdown period, they are looking to strengthen their Support team in the South East. They see themselves as a dynamic, friendly company that invests in its people and prides itself on its family culture. They are a close-knit team who always look to help each other out.

What am I looking for:

I am looking for an experienced BMS Support Engineer with Siemens experience who is tired of running around the motorway network in the South East and has a desire to make a site their own. They must have a customer-focused attitude, a great aptitude for problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. The candidate should be competent with Siemens PX, ABT, and Desigo CC. You will be from a BMS background with strong HVAC plant knowledge, an understanding of HVAC control theory, and electrical qualifications.

Territory:

This role will require you to cover two large hospitals in Bedfordshire. This is a full-time semi-static role where you will be home-based and partially mobile.

What the role requires:

  • Pre-planned maintenance
  • Reactive Breakdowns
  • Software modifications
  • Graphic page modification and generation
  • Small works project management
  • Commissioning on small works projects up to £30K in value

What you can expect back:

  • Basic salary £45,000 - £60,000
  • Field Quote Bonus of 5% of all remedial works completed
  • After 1 year, you will be enrolled in the employee share scheme where you can earn up to £3,600 per annum, tax-free
  • Overtime averaging around £5,000 - £10,000 per annum (X1.5 weekdays and X2 on Sundays)
  • Car allowance of £5,300 pa or a Company Car
  • Private Healthcare
  • 25 days holidays plus bank holidays (You can buy and sell 10 days)
  • Private pension 5%/5%
