Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Domestic Assistant to join our team, supporting the Trust in providing a clean, safe and welcoming environment for both service users and staff. This is a permanent, part‑time role at our Springview site on the Wirral. The Trust supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below RLW.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and a welcoming environment for service users and staff.
- Work as part of a Facilities team and be flexible to cover for annual leave and sickness.
- Support with training; a uniform will be provided.
- Contribute to a team-based approach and adapt to changing duties as required.
Hours, Location and Pattern
Part time – 20 hours per week. Shift pattern: 14:30–18:30, Monday to Friday. This post is based at the Springview site on the Wirral.

Induction and Training
All new starters commence on one fixed start date each month, in line with our Prepare to Care (P2C) induction programme date. P2C offers up to 3 weeks of training to meet the induction/initial training requirements of the role.
