The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Two Psychology roles have become available in CWP Eating Disorders Service; 0.6 WTE Clinical Psychologist in Stockport (based at Hall Lodge) and 0.5 WTE Clinical Psychologist in the Wirral and West Cheshire Eating Disorders Service. Applications are welcome from candidates who may be interested in either role, or a combination of the two, not exceeding full time. Base will be dependent on the role taken and should be discussed at interview.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high quality, specialist psychology service to clients suffering from Eating Disorders.
  • Provide specialist psychological assessment and therapy, and provide consultation and advice on clients' psychological care to non-psychologist colleagues and carers.
  • Supervise trainees and qualified practitioners as agreed, working autonomously within the framework of the service's policies and procedures.
  • Provide psychological leadership within the team.
  • Deliver clinical supervision to practitioners.
  • Deliver assessment and treatment of clients with Eating Disorders.
  • Facilitate team discussions and formulate client cases.
  • Participate in quality improvement measures regarding psychological interventions.
  • Complete appropriate documentation and processes to facilitate ED treatment pathways.
