We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Security Officer to become a valued member of our outstanding hotel Security team at Pan Pacific London. You bring confidence, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction, whether with guests or colleagues. As a Security Officer in our Security Department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for every guest. You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- To patrol all floors
- To carry out documented fire route patrols
- To assist in escorting any persons acting undesirably off the premises, using the departmental SOP
- To ensure that only current associates are permitted to enter the hotel via the designated associate entrance and to ensure that all ex-associates do not enter the company premises
- To ensure all contractors and visitors are recorded and issued visitor and contractor passes
- To be full conversant in the use of the hotel locking systems to allocate associate keys accordingly and to delete all reported missing keys as instructed
- To ensure that all property reported lost on the premises is correctly recorded and enquiries made to trace and restore it
- To report and inform HODs of any hazards to safety that comes to your notice
- To update the accident book, follow up on all accident investigations
