We are looking for a passionate and proactive People & Culture Coordinator to become a valued member of our outstanding People & Culture team at Pan Pacific London. This entry-level role is ideal for someone starting their HR career who enjoys helping people, supporting colleagues, and keeping HR processes running smoothly. As a People & Culture Coordinator in our People & Culture department, you will contribute to creating an exceptional employee experience by supporting onboarding, HR administration, employee compliance checks, and general culture and wellbeing initiatives. Success requires not only strong organisational skills but also kindness and empathy, which help build trust, support colleagues, and nurture a positive workplace culture.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and data across HR systems (including Fourth Hospitality) and providing general administrative support to the People & Culture team.
  • Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and positive experience for all employees.
  • Conducting Right to Work checks for new joiners and ensuring ongoing compliance for the existing team.
  • Assisting with day-to-day employee queries, providing clear, kind guidance on HR processes and policies.
  • Helping to organise Social & Wellness activities and encouraging team engagement.
  • Assisting with employee relations tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining confidential documentation.
