As a Payroll Administrator in our Finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll processing in conjunction with the payroll bureau, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. The ideal candidate will have some background in payroll administration, exceptional organizational skills, and a dedication to maintaining confidentiality. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner on a monthly basis;
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and HMRC requirements;
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including cross-checking new hires, terminations, changes in pay rates, and deductions;
  • Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and generate reports as needed;
  • Collaborate with HR to address payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees.
