We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Beverage Manager to become a valued member of our outstanding Meeting & Events Operations Team at Pan Pacific London. As a Meetings & Events Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests, ensuring the smooth operation and execution of all meetings, conferences, and events. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of beverage services during events, ensuring seamless coordination within meeting rooms and addressing any client inquiries or issues promptly. Your tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Continuously monitor beverage costs to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure timely placement of all beverage orders and proactively address potential order issues.
  • Communicate any beverage service level concerns to the Assistant and/or Operations Manager.
  • Monitor compliance with local laws governing alcohol beverage service.
  • Strive to achieve or exceed budgeted financial goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and liaising with them throughout the event to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in supervising daily shift operations.
