We’re looking for a passionate and guest-focused Breakfast Manager to become a valued part of our outstanding Straits Kitchen & Bar Team at Pan Pacific London. As the Breakfast Manager, you will oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the breakfast service. You will lead your team to deliver flawless, personalised service that embodies Pan Pacific London’s values and Forbes/LQA luxury standards. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, a hands-on leadership approach, and the ability to balance operational excellence with bespoke guest interactions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Passion for personalised service in a Forbes Five-Star environment.
  • Ability to inspire, develop, and lead a team to exceed expectations.
  • Strong operational skills to manage a high-volume yet detail-focused service.
  • Commitment to health, safety, and Forbes/LQA standards of excellence.
  • Strong experience managing busy breakfast operations, including buffet and à la carte service.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse F&B team.
  • Confident managing high-volume service, maintaining quality, efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
