We’re on the lookout for a passionate and guest-focused Barback to become a valued part of our outstanding Ginger Lily Bar & Lounge team at Pan Pacific London. You bring confidence, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction, whether with guests or colleagues. As a Barback in our Ginger Lily Bar & Lounge department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for every guest. You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of the menu and all products
- Assist callers courteously and promptly, taking messages as necessary which are legible and accurate passing them on to the appropriate person without delay
- Efficiently complete opening, closing and other side duties
- Replenish bar supplies such as liquor, fruit, ice and dishes
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
