JOB SUMMARY
As a Server in our In Room Dining department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences. As a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Set trolleys and trays according to orders and standards
· Make sure all linen, cutlery, glasses and dishes are clean and well-presented prior to delivering to the guest
· Accurately record all orders delivery
· Have full knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu
· Clear trolleys and trays from guest rooms and corridors
