We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Supervisor to become a valued member of our outstanding Ginger Lily Lounge & Bar team at Pan Pacific London.

JOB SUMMARY
As a Supervisor in Ginger Lily Bar & Lounge, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks as Supervisor will include, but not be limited to:
- Prepare for service by ensuring the department's equipment is clean and the outlet is ready for service and guest comfort.
- Carry out effective service by ensuring all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Maintain complete knowledge of menu items including:
- All liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available in outlets
- The particular characteristics and description of every wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list.
- Designated glassware and garnishes for drinks
- All dish descriptions, allergens and presentation standards
- Ensure Forbes and LQA standards are consistently maintained by the team to provide exceptional service to our guests
- Participate and supervise opening or closing tasks of the outlet
