We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Wellbeing Receptionist to become a valued member of our outstanding SENSORY Spa Wellbeing team at Pan Pacific London. As a Wellbeing Receptionist in our SENSORY Spa Wellbeing, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences. As a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Checking and setting up the daily operations of the changing room areas, Infinity Pool, Gym and Drawing Room according to standards;
- Greeting guests upon arrival, and carry out tours of the facilities in a professional and courteous manner;
- Being engaging and attentive to guests' needs, demonstrating the ability to anticipate their needs;
- Ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are followed as per standards;
- Adhering to Forbes and LQA standards;
- Manage bookings, appointments, and guest inquiries efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.
