We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Stock Controller to become a valued member of our outstanding Purchasing team at Pan Pacific London. You bring confidence, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction, whether with guests or colleagues. As a Stock Controller in our Purchasing department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure responsible, correct and smooth receipt of all deliveries into the hotel, whilst checking quality, quantity, correct product and damages.
  • Ensure that received items are dispensed to the relevant Cellar as soon as possible, in order to minimise lines going missing and keep the Receiving Bay free and tidy.
  • Issue beverages from the Cellar as per reservation, obtain signature from receiving department when you take it there and process on Purchasing system on same day.
  • Record day-to-day supplier issues and report them back to Assistant Purchasing Manager and F B Cost Controller immediately.
  • Stocktake Cellar areas on stocktake date, enter stocks and do a sheet to shelf and shelf to sheet check on variances with either F B Cost Controller or Assistant Purchasing Manager.
  • Maintain tidy Cellar areas at all times.
