JOB SUMMARY

As a Receptionist/Front Desk Agent in Reception, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks as a Receptionist/Front Desk Agent will include but not be limited to:

Check in the arriving guest and check out the departing guests according to our standards.

Upon check in, register the guest and assign rooms. Accommodate any special requests whenever possible.

Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and promote other services within the hotel.
