We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Luggage Porter to join our incredible Concierge team at Pan Pacific London. You show confidence, empathy and professionalism when dealing with guests and associates alike. You are calm under pressure and you desire to deliver the best experience for our guests. If you are dedicated to providing exceptional care while demonstrating great pride and attention to detail in your work and you put people at the heart of every decision you make, then we would love to hear from you.

JOB SUMMARY

Working as the Luggage Porter, you are dedicated to providing exceptional care while demonstrating great pride and attention to detail in your work. You have a distinctive, warm and can-do personality that makes all our guests feel at home, no matter what the request. You work calmly under a high-pressure environment so that our guests can focus on what is important to them. You have a passion for providing friendly, courteous & proficient service to our guests within all Front of House areas. You always ensure that our service is kept at its highest standard. Your tasks as a Luggage Porter will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide a warm welcome and farewell by assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
  • Ensure guests' comfort by making all necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, transports guest and hotel packages and parcels.
  • Greet guests and escort them to their rooms.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
