We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Luggage Porter to become a valued part of our outstanding Concierge team at Pan Pacific London. JOB SUMMARY
As a Luggage Porter in our Concierge, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for every guest. You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide a warm welcome and farewell by assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
- Ensure guests' comfort by making all necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, transporting guest and hotel packages and parcels.
- Greet guests and escort them to their rooms. Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
