JOB SUMMARY

As an In-Room Dining Supervisor in In-Room Dining you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks as an In-Room Dining Supervisor will include but not be limited to:

Set trolleys and trays according to orders and standards

Make sure all linen, cutlery, glasses and dishes are clean and well-presented prior to delivering to the guest

Accurately record all orders delivery

Have full knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu

Ensure that trolleys and tray are promptly removed from guest rooms and corridors

Perform opening and closing duties for each shift, and check on the same for waiters.
