We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused In-Room Dining Supervisor to join our incredible In-Room Dining Team at Pan Pacific London. You show confidence, empathy, and professionalism when dealing with guests and associates alike. You are calm under pressure and you desire to deliver the best experience for our guests. As an In-Room Dining Supervisor in In-Room Dining, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Set trolleys and trays according to orders and standards
  • Make sure all linen, cutlery, glasses, and dishes are clean and well-presented prior to delivering to the guest
  • Accurately record all orders delivery
  • Have full knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu
  • Ensure that trolleys and trays are promptly removed from guest rooms and corridors
  • Perform opening and closing duties for each shift, and check on the same for waiters.
