We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused In-Room Dining Server to join our incredible In-Room Dining Team at Pan Pacific London. You show confidence, empathy, and professionalism when dealing with guests and associates alike. You are calm under pressure and you desire to deliver the best experience for our guests. If you are dedicated to providing exceptional care while demonstrating great pride and attention to detail in your work and you put people at the heart of every decision you make, then we would love to hear from you.
JOB SUMMARY
As an In-Room Dining Server you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks as an In-Room Dining Server will include but not be limited to:
- Set trolleys and trays according to orders and standards
- Make sure all linen, cutlery, glasses and dishes are clean and well-presented prior to delivering to the guest
- Accurately record all orders delivery
- Have full knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu
- Clear trolleys and trays from guest rooms and corridors
