We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused In-Room Dining Night Server to join our incredible In-Room Dining Team at Pan Pacific London. You show confidence, empathy and professionalism when dealing with guests and associates alike. You are calm under pressure and you desire to deliver the best experience for our guests. JOB SUMMARY
As a Night Server in In-Room Dining you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks as an In-Room Dining Night Server will include but not be limited to:
- Set trolleys and trays according to orders and standards
- Make sure all linen, cutlery, glasses and dishes are clean and well-presented prior to delivering to the guest
- Accurately record all orders delivery
- Have full knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu
- Clear trolleys and trays from guest rooms and corridors
