JOB SUMMARY
As an Assistant Bar Manager in Ginger Lily, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks as an Assistant Bar Manager will include but not be limited to:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipe standards.
- Train and mentor bar staff in proper mixing techniques, garnishing, and presentation methods.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Operations Manager and culinary team to develop innovative and enticing beverage menus.
- Recommend beverages based on guest preferences, occasion, and menu selection, utilizing upselling techniques to increase sales.
- Control costs through efficient inventory management, staff scheduling, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring beverage supplies.
