We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Senior Waiter/Waitress to become a valued member of our outstanding Straits Kitchen Restaurant & Bar team at Pan Pacific London. You bring confidence, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction, whether with guests or colleagues. As a Senior Waiter/Waitress in our Straits Kitchen Restaurant & Bar, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for every guest. You will act as a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. In this role, you will combine outstanding customer service, strong attention to detail, and confident leadership skills. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Follow restaurant standards, policies, and procedures consistently, working collaboratively with all team members to maintain Forbes Five-Star service excellence.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all food items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages available in the restaurant.
  • Assist in welcoming and escorting guests to their tables in accordance with departmental standards, ensuring tables are prepared and presented to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Anticipate guest needs proactively, respond promptly to requests, and acknowledge all guests in a warm, attentive, and professional manner.
  • Take and manage restaurant reservations and cancellations in line with departmental procedures when a Host/Hostess or senior colleague is unavailable.
