We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Part-Time Waiter to join our Ginger Lily Lounge & Bar team at Pan Pacific London. Job Summary
- Deliver exceptional service in line with Ginger Lily and Pan Pacific London standards and values.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain full knowledge of: all cocktails, premium spirits, wines, champagnes, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages offered at Ginger Lily Bar & Lounge; bar menu items including preparation methods, ingredients, portion sizes, garnishes, allergens and presentation; beverage pairings and recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
- Greet and engage guests warmly, creating a personalised and memorable experience.
- Handle guest feedback with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
- Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs, ensuring service remains gracious and professional at all times.
- Ensure bar and lounge areas are fully prepared before service, including all mise en place.
